A client asked it we would be able to source some furniture board and make their design for a camper van bed come to live. The CNC machine was easily able to make this happen.
A returning client wanted to make some toy boxes out of oak veneer MDF with this amazing design.
We routed the boxes on the CNC machine before moving the lids over to our laser machine to engrave the design into them.

A client was renovating an old airport trolley into a bar trolley for his home. He wanted some shelves cutting to help with the renovations.
The CNC easily managed to router the hardwood precisely.
A client wanted a very unique theatre sign making. The sign was to say "Do You Believe In Ghosts?" made in such a way, that he could add lights behind to illuminate the words.
It definitely worked and looked amazing up on stage.
We was approached by a business who makes silicone moulds. They wanted a template designing which they could use again and again to curate their moulds.
Made out of 3mm acrylic, we was able to design a template meeting their needs.
A client asked if we could make them some custom bathroom cabinets to fit their newly refurbed bathroom.
Sourcing the right material for the job, we went with 18mm Medite MDF, which we milled the design in with the CNC Machine.
The cabinet fronts fit perfectly and finished their bathroom off nicely.

This Mapex sigh was made out of Foamex. A different material then we are used to but our CNC dealt with it with no issues. Precision cutting and milling to get the desired design.
A client contacted and asked if we would be able to cut his design of a wood toy barn. This was to be cut out of 12mm MDF and was designed to easily slot together. We cut the MDF on the CNC and assembled to make sure the barn fit smoothly.
A client asked if we could CNC his furniture board to his design, for a precise cut and easy assembly. The motorhome cabinet fitted perfectly together.
A furniture restoration company in Lincoln contacted us to see if we would be able to replicate an antique Georgian design, to help fix their clients broken cabinet.
We was more than happy to help.
After replicating the design on the computer, the laser easily cut through the solid walnut to create the desired pattern.
The finished item was then send back to the company to restore the cabinet.

A recent development project working on a solution for sustainable pallets with IBoxIt and teams at the University of Lincoln. Our job was to CNC machine composite boards made primarily from recycled waste!

The customer came to us after having troubles cutting it themselves, we was able to provide a solution for inlaying the glass and bolt holes with absolute precision.
Here we machined a customers logo out of a 4’x8’ plywood sheet. A great example of the CNC’s capabilities!
It was used by the customer as a template for painting their logo on the grass at a trade event.
We recently machined these stunning,
custom designed doors for a customer to fit under their stairs.
Made from the customers measurements and sketches, including the pockets for the hinges and holes for the handles! Resulting in a simple, fast installation and perfect fit!
